I organize the next Kronkorkenforum-meeting in 99735 Sundhausen / Nordhausen in the middle of Germany. I reserve the large festival hall and already spoke with the landlords. I order in Sundhausen 65 beds and further over 100 in the neighboring-village 99735 Bielen I can organize too. There one would have to drive however from the festival hall with the car (about 3 km). In Sundhausen everything can be attained comfortably to foot.

Here times the distances:
* Festival hall to the hotel = approx. 800 m
* Hotel to the Pension = approx. 300 m
* Pension to the festival hall = approx. 1000 m

There is everywhere sufficiently parking lots present (at the hotel, on the pension and the sports field with the festival hall). Sundhausen http://home.arcor.de/sundhsn/Index.htm or http://www.nordhausen.de/stadt_tourismus/ortsteile/sundhausen.php4 . is traffic-favorably convenient a small place, with a direct motorway connection of A38 between Göttingen and Leipzig. Our district town 99734 Nordhausen is only scarcely 3 km far away.

Concerning airport the next from here is:
* Erfurt (approx. 75 km)
* Leipzig (approx. 120 km)
* Hannover Langenhagen (approx. 165 km)
* Berlin Schönefeld (approx. 280 km)
* Frankfurt/Main about 320 km

Overnight accomodations: The following rooms you can select (inclusive breakfast). We regard a mixed calculation as the best. There is always costs per room and per night in EURO with a small portion for the festival hall. Different this is unfortunately not possible.

There is a small change for all non-overnight accomodation guests with the exchange meeting.
How described already above, I make a kind mixed calculation and had on all overnight accomodation a small portion for the
rent of festival hall, table cards and name plates etc. impacted and assumed that to cover with donations locally the remainder.

Many collectors asked me because of a table fee (which with exchange meetings is very usual), locally uniquely 4.00 EUR table fee
by each non-overnight accomodation guest are collected now. Thus I am on the safe side that my calculation comes up and it is not disadvantaged.

Here I present pictures of the festival hall.
We would have there a very large surface, over 70 tables, heating, toilets etc.
and beer as well as alcohol-free beverages we could sell to good conditions themselves.

Expiration on Friday:
- I unlock the festival hall around 12:00 clock
- of 18:00 - 20:00 clock is the festical-hall closed because of common dinners in the Hotel "Zur Helme"
- starting from 20:00 clock again openly to….

Expiration on Saturday
- I unlock the festival hall around 9:00 clock
- of 18:00 - 20:00 clock is the festival-hall closed because of common dinners in the pension "Am Kesselberg"
- starting from 20:00 clock again openly to….

Expiration on Sunday
- I unlock the festival hall around 9:00 clock and then see we further

Please writes me your meal desires to at the end of February (bill of fare was a component in my email).
Purchase possibilities in Sundhausen likewise available.
The remainder of the time we are anyway only at the place of the happening.

The only small problem is that everything is not in one house, which I do not feel however
as bad due to the short distances. In the room hardly anyone is anyway from us on the day.

The date overlaps here not with the meeting in Zwickau!!!
